30+ years and very disappointed!
I cannot believe how xfinity support after 5pm has deteriorated so badly. When you call you get people that are extremely hard to understand and now i sit here still not able to use the xfinity stream app on one of my apple tv’s. Something as simple as a refresh to the backend links to my services would solve my issue where i get the message “something went wrong error”. Someone else on the xfinity forum had the same issue and that is what an advanced support team member did to resolve the issue. The person i had the phone was insistent that he has the same tools as the advanced team yet when he supposedly did this refresh of my backend links he wanted me to delete the app and reinstall from the app store. I told the person that i already did that and it didn’t solve the problem. So i tried to sign on to the app again and got the same message. I told this person, look you obviously aren’t understanding what I’m telling you so i am ending this call and will call your headquarters in Philadelphia to get this resolved.
as it states in the subject of this message 30+ years states how long i have been a customer with xfinity. I may just be reaching the end of this relationship.

Hello @rwheeler5 thank you for reaching out through our forum. This is not the experience that we want you to have. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Stream app. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9 for an example.
