3 wks waiting for repairs
Please advise what can I do ? Contractor across the street damaged our under road connection 3 wks ago. Comcast sent 3 different techs but they were not able to repair the problem, ie not the right equipment, a new line needs to be put in under the street. They told us they put in a work order but no calls or work. My husband has had numerous calls to customer service, which is located outside of the US. They wrote expedited service orders but no response. Three visits to the Comcast local office promised phone call the next day to set up work but no calls, no workers. We are 3 wks without phone and internet service. It was a great disappointment to miss the World Series baseball games and now the football games and only 2 wks til Thanksgiving and company coming. Is there any one in charge, district or regional manager who can direct a crew here with the proper equipment and knowledge to put in this new line? This is not how to treat long time customers.
