Hello user_awu5ii! Good morning and Happy Friday to you. Thank you for reaching out to us on our Xfinity Forums for help with when the cable line will be buried. I would be happy to help out and check the system to see if that request is scheduled yet. Usually our customers will receive an email requesting a few details for us to submit the line burial request. From there it's usually about 14 days from when the request is submitted however weather conditions can cause a delay. 

Can you please send us a direct message with your name and service address? I would be happy to investigate this for us and share any details we have on the status of the request.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send your message
