3 weeks after storm and STILL no internet in Houston

It's now been TWENTY THREE days since service went down in 77028 and there's still no ETA on when it will be restored... Why should I have to pay the bill this month when your service is unusable?

@user_zk1ywg Once we have services restored for you, you will be able to get an adjustment for the time without service. We just need them restored to know the exact amount we need to credit back. We appreciate your patience while the repairs are being done.
