3 tickets, 4 hours on the phone, 0 resolution

I am having an issue with my streaming capabilities. Everytime I try to access content it is saying I am not subscribed to any channels. This is not true due to my cable box working, and my 135$ a month I am paying. After 3 tickets and 4 hours on the phone no resolve. Has anyone else experience a “you need a subscription to this channel” message. For literally every channel.
