3+ months passed since sign up and I still have not received $200 Amazon gift card

Hello Xfinity, 

I signed up with you on Feb-23,2025 and still have not received my $200 Amazon Gift Card.

What should I do to finally get it?

Hello @user_ydq9z1, thank you for taking time from your busy day to post your concerns here in our Xfinity Community Forum. I hope you're having a great weekend. I'm sure if I was in your shoes I'd be wondering the same thing. Keep in mind with the Amazon Gift card offer, you must maintain your service and keep your account in good standing to receive the gift card. Gift cards are usually mailed within 16-18 weeks of service installation. You should be able to go to https://www.xfinityincentivetracker.com/ and enter your account number to see the status of your gift card.

I'm having the same issue, though the incentive tracker doesn't show a record of this incentive on my account. 73 business days have passed since I enrolled in the plan with the offer.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
