3 months of service interuptions

How is it possible that i get daily messages that xfinity is upgrading the service in my area and I will experience outages and then every evening i get a message saying they failed to complete the work. There is no transparency on what these upgrades are and the credits that have been issued are laughable compared to what we pay. Disrupting internet DAILY in today's society where people work from home is an absolute failure of a business tactic. All of my neighbors are fed up and are deciding to switch to Ninestar. I don't know why I have held out for this long but without any information on what could possibly be worth all of this disruption I think it is time to make the switch
