3 Day Outage

I am on day 3 of an internet outage. There is no estimated time of repair and no matter what I try I cannot connect to a person to get any more information. We do not have good reception or live near a hotspot. We homeschool and work from home. I really need to know what to expect as far as getting the internet back. Is there any way to get more information?

I have also been down last 3 days and it seems to take them around 6hours to jerry rig something just to have it go down again. Download speed is close to being fine but upload speed drops from 25m down to .2m. I was having same issues about a week ago and every time i would call and set up a tech to come out they would call saying all is fixed. Next day down again. Finally i told them No on there fix and keep the tech coming and he pretty much did a walk around making sure everything was connected and no extra connections but thought it could have something to do with the open cable box at the end of our town homes. Worked for a week.

Been with Xfinity sense they were called Cox cable. Many many years and I have never had this bad of service.

I have been delaying due to having the same email address for last hmm 30 years or close to.
