2nd Gen X pods

I was granted free 3 pack of xpods after wifi analysis a couple years ago. How can I get the upgraded version for free again? I have Xfi Complete.

Have you tried doing the whole room evaluation again or is it not letting you? https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/whole-home-wifi-evaluation

Here is the link. Let me know if that works for you or not. From here we can attempt to do a couple more options to help. :)

The link does not have option for evaluation unless I install a new gateway,which I haven't. I have the newest version I believe. I have been paying for XFi complete for years, I think I deserve to have the best equipment/options available to me right?

I have the 1st generation xFi Pods as well and they still work well for me. There is no option to upgrade to the new version (2nd generation) of the xFi Pods for no additional charge, @user_6b5a40. You are only eligible for the free xFi Pod(s) once with xFi Complete.
