2g internet with pro extender
I recently upgraded my WiFi from 1g to 2g with the pro extender. I have multiple rooms within 10ft of the router/modem and extender that speed test below 200mbps. It was advertised that I can get up to 2 mesh pods with pro, how do I receive these or what is a number I can call to receive them.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_00mz9d Thanks for reaching out on our Xfinity Communty Forums and congratulations on your upgrade to our 2G internet plan! I understand how frustrating it is when your speeds aren't what you expect, especially so close to the modem and extender.
With the 2G plan, you are eligible for the Xfinity Pro plan which includes up to two WiFi extenders (sometimes called "mesh pods") if they are recommended. The best way to get them is to run a network test through the Xfinity app. The app will analyze your home's WiFi coverage and, if it determines you have areas with poor connectivity, it will recommend and allow you to order the WiFi extenders at no additional cost.
The app is also the best tool for managing your home network and troubleshooting speed issues. It can run a "speed-to-gateway" test, which will show you the speed coming into your modem, and a "whole home network test" to check the connection strength to all your devices. If the app recommends a pod, it will walk you through the process of getting one sent to you. If you're still having trouble, please let us know. Our team here on social media can help.
