2FA not working

I receive 2FA codes all the time, except from my bank. They tell me it's a spam filter on Xfinity's end. Can this please be looked into ASAP? I'm trying to pay my mortgage.

No my question has never been answered. It’s actually kind of stupid that xfinity could be blocking 2FA codes from a bank.
