25 year Diamond Customer looking for loyalty pricing on wifi

Hi, I’m hoping you can help me with a loyalty/retention review of my account. We have been Xfinity customers for approximately 25 years and are Diamond Xfinity Rewards members. We also have two Xfinity Mobile lines.

My current internet plan is $80 per month. I’m seeing Xfinity advertise substantially lower internet pricing, including around $50 per month, but I was told I’m not eligible because I’m an existing customer.

After 25 years of loyalty, I’m disappointed that a new customer can receive significantly better pricing than we can. I would really prefer to keep both our internet and mobile service with Xfinity, but I am now comparing other internet providers because of the price difference.

Before I make any further changes, would you please review my account for any loyalty, retention, Diamond Rewards, or account-specific promotions that could lower our $80 monthly internet price? I’m not looking to add services or upgrade equipment simply to receive a discount.

I would greatly appreciate anything you can do to bring our internet price closer to the current promotional pricing. Thank you for taking the time to review our account.

user_w5j4k3 Good morning, and Happy Saturday! Thank you for taking the time to reach out to our Xfinity Forums Team regarding your promotion options, and pricing. We truly appreciate your loyalty over the last 25 years, and value your business over the years! I know it can be disappointing to see new customer pricing different from the current promotions you are seeing on th surface. New customer pricign is intended to allow new customers to try our services, and assist with costs transitioning to a new company. Similar to other companies that offer first month free or trial periods. That said, we understand that customers want to get the best possible pricing for their services. I'd be happy to take a look into your account, and see what options will work best for your household needs and budget. To begin, please send a Direct Message with your name and service address.

Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
