24 year customer (Diamond) Offered plans

For months now I have been dealing with getting offer emails and the deals show in my logged in account.   When I accept deal and go through the steps when it gets to where you check to two boxes to accept the terms and complete order it says oops you need to talk to an agent.   Well I have talked to dozens of their agents who all say that deal is not available to you and then offer me some joke plan and act like they just did me a favor.

I even went into an Xfinity store and showed the manager at the store walking them through the email to logging into my account and seeing the deal and then have it says you need to call.

I want the 1 gig speed plan with unlimited data for $65 per month that was offered to me and to this day still shows in my available deals.   This is beyond aggravating.  Why do you treat loyal customers this way?

Hello, @aeroman thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I understand wanting to take advantage of that promotion you're seeing when logging into your account. From experience, I've seen that typically when an order won't complete online it due to eligibility requirements. For the 5 year $65 Gigabit promotion I see when clicking on the "pricing and other info" tab it is saying only for new customers. This would also apply to customers who transfer service to a new location, or for previous customers who haven't had service within the past 90 days.

It would also make sense why agents aren't able to find the promotion, as we only have the options available to us. And I typically only see the promotion available to 3 scenarios I outlined above.

That is incorrect.   I have screenshots of all of it and there are no eligibility requirements other than my diamond status.  I have filed a complaint with the attorney generals office in Washington.   This is clear and blatant false advertising regardless of intent or not.

Yes, I am logged into my account.  As stated above I have also received emails telling me about Diamond level only promotions that include the one I am trying to start.
