24 MONTH FREE PEACOCK DOESNT WORK

There has been a known issue with activating the free peacock for several months now. The technical team knows about it, some of the customer service people know about it, and yet they are still allowing people to sign up, with a promise to have a product that they know does not work. They also admitted, they have no timeline on when it's going to be fixed. So the 24 months that they are promising people? Good luck. The 90 day window you have to activate it? Good luck. The activation offer doesn't work. There's a known issue preventing people from being able to use it. They don't know when it's going to be fixed, they said they have no work around to get around it, and they have no plans for the people who lose out on months of a potentially free service, and no other answers. So if they are promising you to upgrade your plan so you can get 24 months of something free, don't believe them! Because the activation link doesn't work. There is no way to sign up for it. Or it will tell you your account is not eligible. But there is a known glitch, Xfinity knows about it, and they are not warning customers that the free peacock does not work. And they are not warning customers that they have absolutely no idea when it's going to actually work. Because they straight up told me today they have no timeline, no work around, and no idea what to do with customers that lose months off of that 24-month window. So buyer beware! Because they aren't going to tell you.
