Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi user_tkzr1l! Thanks for visiting and joining our Xfinity Forum. We value you as a customer, and certainly do not want to lose you. I am sorry to hear about the service interruption you experienced. I absolutely understand the importance of having your service up and running.

Please know that you can check for service interruptions by using the Xfinity app or visiting the Xfinity Outage Map online. In the app, you should sign in to view service interruption information specific to your location. Additionally, customers can report a service interruption if one has not been reported. For proactive notifications, you can register your mobile number to receive text alerts about service interruptions, including estimated restoration times and updates. To receive these updates, text "OUT" to 266278.

To confirm, are the services now back up and running on your end?

I've signed up for text notifications several times to no avail.   The App and outage map are providing absolutely NO information with regard to our outage.   It would be great to receive some sort of notification, text, smoke signals or otherwise.   So far no contact from Xfinity.
