$200 Xfinity prepaid card
I happened to look in my emails and saw something about this $200 Mastercard. I did all the steps necessary to activate it. My online purchase keeps getting declined. I contacted chat support and they keep giving me the run around. Keep sending me links about making sure it’s activated. It’s definitely activated and the purchase doesn't EXCEED the amount.

I completely understand the frustrations with using the Prepaid Gift Card, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. I would recommend calling our Prepaid Team here 1-833-269-9036, their hours are Monday-Friday 7am to 7pm CST. You can also chat with them following the link here. I know you had a previously reached out to them, but they are going to be the right hands to investigate exactly what is going on with the gift card and the money.
