$200 Xfinity prepaid card

I happened to look in my emails and saw something about this $200 Mastercard. I did all the steps necessary to activate it. My online purchase keeps getting declined. I contacted chat support and they keep giving me the run around. Keep sending me links about making sure it’s activated. It’s definitely activated and the purchase doesn't EXCEED the amount.

I completely understand the frustrations with using the Prepaid Gift Card, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. I would recommend calling our Prepaid Team here 1-833-269-9036, their hours are Monday-Friday 7am to 7pm CST. You can also chat with them following the link here. I know you had a previously reached out to them, but they are going to be the right hands to investigate exactly what is going on with the gift card and the money. Please let us know if you have any other troubles, we are here to help!

@XfinityAdrienne​ it’s been an hour later and I still haven’t gotten NOWHERE. I’m tempted to find another internet provider because this is insane! I’ve been trying since this morning and it is almost noon now. This is my second time being put on hold because I had to hang up to do something. Xfinity has been nothing but horrible
