$200 Visa Prepaid/Gift Card
Hello. My wife and I joined xfinity mobile in February 2022. I was promised (on the phone and in writing) a $200 Visa gift card for my wife's account (I got the discounted android instead of the gift card for my account) and like many of your customers am wondering when I should expect to receive it.

I too was promised a gift card and the first 3 months free if I transferred my number from ATT to Xfinity. Well... needless to say, I've been charged more than I was paying with ATT and I called Xfinity phone service. They said they do not see that promotion and will not honor it. Manuel said he doesn't care if I go back to ATT because there is nothing that he can do for me regarding that promotion. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I called xfinity in september to change my data plan and I told by the agent if I get a Xfinity mobil / data plan and new phone my data bill would be $9. and I would receive a $200 Gift card. I had purchase brand new Samsung 7G phone 7 month ago that I was using with my old carrier that I could of clearly use with xfinity but was told I needed a new phone so I did.. Now Today I called and was told Im not eligible for the $200 GC, cause I never brought over my old phone, when i had one already. The agent told me I had to get a phone from xfinity and I did. I feel I was ripped off, Ive been a loyal xfinity/comcast customer since 2002 and I ve never felt so disrespected in my life that an agent will blatantly lie to customer to make a sale and xfinity will leave the customer in the wind. I truly hope Xfinity will do right by me.

Tbh , you’ll have to keep calling them the incentive department and have them excavate a ticket. That’s what I did, finally received it in the mail after almost a year that is smh

So sad to see this is an ongoing issue and obviously bigger than even Xfinity may have realized, (?) I’m another victim of this false promise only I was told over the phone when enrolling in both the mobile and WiFi services I would receive my $200 prepaid card after 6 months. That was February. A lot of shady things have happened since then and I’m still waiting on the pony express to deliver. Calling and reaching out has done nothing. It’s all red tape and empty promises. I’ve decided to take it to the next level and researched corporate contacts and filing an official complain with the BBB. Not the best way to do business in my opinion. Not at all !!

Dear Xfinity,
Thank you for your $200 Visa gift card. I just received it today after having joined Xfinity 4 months ago. Quite frankly, I had completely forgotten about it until an envelope that looked like junk mail came today. Fortunately, I did not throw this one away, but I have in the past. I write this comment because, perhaps, some of your other customers, who are still waiting for their gift cards, may have accidentally thrown theirs away thinking it was junk mail? Maybe a different mailing size or something on the front that indicates that the envelope is not junk mail (without indicating that there's a $200 Visa Card inside) might be helpful to others.
