$200 Virtual Reward Card

I originally posted here in July after signing up for new service. On the scheduled installation day, no one showed up. When I tried calling customer service, I was repeatedly transferred and no one was able to resolve the issue. Thankfully, someone from the corporate office eventually reached out, and their assistance was excellent.

We are now over 90 days into our service. When we signed up, there was a promotion for a $200 virtual prepaid card after maintaining 90 days of service. I contacted customer service about the promotion, but they weren’t able to help. I still have the name and phone number of the representative who assisted me in July, but despite multiple calls, I haven’t received any response.

Can someone please help me get this resolved?
