$200 prepaid mastercard

i just received my $200 prepaid mastercard via email and when i try to use it anywhere or add it to my apple wallet it says there is an error and to contact the card issuer. i need help because i was supposed to be getting this for being a new customer.

To receive the 200.00 byod mastercard do you havw to fill out a form? I was never told. Also I do not owe anything so does that mean I receive 0. The practices of xfinity are a little sketchy. Also it has been well more than 30 days. I think its time to find a new carrier for cable, internet and phone. I am disappointed.

The tracker does not work, it says you need a promotional number that I never received.
