$200 Gift Card

I was told I will receive a gift card worth $200 after 90 days of using the Xfinity internet. I got the internet modem in March 2025 and its been certainly more than 90 days and i have not received the card. I called multiple times and was told I will receive it in email but that email did not arrive. Please help me get that gift card.
