$200 Gift Card

As part of new customer enrollment, I was promised $200 gift card, after 90 days and it has been now more than 150 days, I try reaching out to customer care multiple times but the calls keeps on redirecting to different number, chat support says a different department handles the request, going in circles and waiting indefinitely is very frustrating, I wanted to ask other if you had similar experience, promising and not delivery is that a normal xfinity thing?
