$200 Gift Card

I signed up for 1100 Mbps Internet plan today. During the sign up process the agent stated that I would be getting a $200 virtual MasterCard. After talking to another agent a few hours later I was informed that the promotion was actually expired and no gift card would be applied to my account. I agreed to sign up because of this gift card offer. The initial agent I talked to was clearly deceptive and was only trying to get the deal done. How do I rectify this?

I do signed up with xfinity online and it stated I would get a 200.00 gift card after 90 days, I still have not gotten it. Also when I messaged CS they stated I got it in may. I did not, I started my service in may. Also when I was on chat with CS they asked me if I wanted to change my internet to 1100 gp, I said no, I was already at 1 gb or whatever I chose to get the 200.00 promotion, they changed my service anyways. This is illegal I always hear how xfinity forces service on you, Please help because I am feeling violated and lied to.
