$200 Gift Card: Xfinity Mobile VISA Debit

Hello!

When I switched my service to Xfinity Mobile, I was awarded a $200 gift card.

Approximately 90-days later, the card came in the mail! I saved the card for when I would be upgrading my device ~10 months later.

I am ready to upgrade, so I retrieved the gift card and noticed: GOOD THRU 09/22.

I BLEW IT! I have surpassed the "good thru" date.

After some research, I see other brand Visa gift/debit cards never lose their funds. If other visa gift cards expire, a new card is issued, and the balance is tranferred.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to retrieve the balance from this expired Xfinity Mobile Visa Gift / Debit Card ??

Thank you so much!

@AaronDaank, I would recommend getting in touch with Xfinity Mobile to see if they can issue you a new card since the other one expired. You can reach them by texting or calling 1 (888) 936-4968. You can also chat with an expert here https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/?channel=xMobile

Hello. I joined xfinity home Internet in January  and bring my phone and port my existing number from other carrier to Xfinity mobile.I was promised (on the phone and same mentioned on Xifinity website ) a $200 Visa gift card will be mailed to my address after 90 Days of service, Now I called to Customer care and asking about the same so they don’t have any information about,So Requesting team to verify the promotion offer mentioned on xifinity website in January month and I remember offer ended on 24th of that month and Kindly do the needful to get my $200 gift card mailed to my address which I am waiting for.

Hi there, @user_be7cf7 Thank you so much for your time and patience today! I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this is causing you. Please be assured we'll get you taken care of. Was the $200 gift card for switching your mobile service or for the Xfinity Internet?-Richard
