$200 gift card that I haven’t received confirmation for
I Signed up for higher tier internet for the $200 amazon gift card but never got confirmation that I will receive it, Followed up with customer support and they told me they don't see this promotion on my account and the rep Heer completely lied about the previous rep mentioning it was related to mobile services. Heer kept saying they looked at my chat logs and that it was brought up there which is a lie because I have records of our chat.
This is very unacceptable, Can I have someone look into this and get a resolution for me please?

I'm sorry to read of the mishap with the prepaid promotional card. I know that offers like this are made often, and the eligibility should have been on the approval process of the order. That may be one of my favorite things with the approval process for account changes is that everything is written out to help keep us accountable and so that there's full transparency for our customers. It may be that the card will not ship for some time since you may need to keep the account in good standing, but which ever the issue is, I am happy to look into it for us, and you are with the right team! $200.00 this time of year would come in huge for my family so let's see what's going on. Have you had the opportunity to check our incentive tracker? If not, we can start there or send us a direct message with your name and service address. I would love to dig into this for us!
