$200 gift card I never received

I Signed up for higher tier internet for the $200 amazon gift card but never got confirmation that I will receive it, Followed up with customer support and they told me they don't see this promotion on my account and the rep Heer Bajaj completely lied about the previous rep mentioning it was related to mobile services. Heer Bajaj kept saying they looked at my chat logs and that it was brought up there which is a lie because I have records of our chat. 

This is very unacceptable, Can I have someone look into this and get a resolution for me please?
