The incentive tracker stated my card $200.00 card was emailed to me but I never received it. I tried calling the support number listed on the incentive tracker but was unable to get any assistance. Can someone assist.

How long ago did you sign up? You don't get that card immediately. There is a 90 day period after signing up before you can get that card.
