$200 Amazon Gift Card

On March 10th i upgraded my interent and was promised a $200 Amazon Gift Card. I have reached out and been on hold several times trying to get what was promised. Anybody else ever get a gift card or is this a scam? I am upset with how hard it has been to get someone competent on the phone to help me with this issue. Anyone get their gift card with no problems or does Xfinity make everyone jump through hoops?

user_ulznfx Gotcha! Thank you for sharing. Let's take a look, and see what's going on. Can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address? 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
