200 amazon gift card.

welp guess heres another 200 gift card question. i signed up on 12/14/24 and have been getting the runaround continuously. the best part is when i chat or call, they try to sell me more things with the promise this would help me get the gift card! cannot find a direct message option, and am frustrated beyond belief. notice to anyone trying to become a new customer, if you value customer care, find anywhere else. demoralized about the switch, going to cancel, but want my gift card.
