200 amazon gift card.

welp guess heres another 200 gift card question. i signed up on 12/14/24 and have been getting the runaround continuously. the best part is when i chat or call, they try to sell me more things with the promise this would help me get the gift card! cannot find a direct message option, and am frustrated beyond belief. notice to anyone trying to become a new customer, if you value customer care, find anywhere else. demoralized about the switch, going to cancel, but want my gift card.

This is not the experience we want for any of our customers. Have you checked the incentive tracker, or reached to the incentive team directly?

the incentive tracker does not show it, and I'm afraid that the promo didn't get attached to the account when i ordered it! i have not tried to reach out to any incentive teams, how would i go about that?

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
