$200 Amazon gift card

I purchased my service mid December when they were promoting that they had the $200 Amazon gift gard incentive, that is the only reason I did not go with the competition. After a quick phone call to their automated system it says that there is a 90 day waiting period before receiving this incentive. I am unsure if that is true or not, but we will see and if I do not receive the incentive there really is no reason for me to stay with this company [Edited: "Inflammatory"].

Mainly wanted to comment that there is a 90 day waiting period for the gift card, [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

I have the same issue. I’ve talked to 5 people now spent about 2 hours on a call and they “have no record” of this despite it being confirmed with an agent on the phone when I signed up.
