$200 Amazon Gift card Question

I signed up a couple weeks ago for the 1000mbps internet and was told that I would get a 200 dollar amazon gift card in my email. I have not recieved it yet and it has been a couple weeks. I have also checked the incentive tracker and it says record not found. 

Any help is appreciated!

user_eur0bx Thank you so much for your post for help with your $200.00 gift card offer. All offers have the details included in your terms and conditions when you approve a change to a promotion. When not able to locate a status I always recommend starting with the approval. You can access your order details/Customer approval with the breakdown of what was included in your offer in your Xfinity account. You can check out this page here for where to find that. Review those terms that you approved to make sure the offer shows there.

I called with various departments and I was told that the person I chatted with on the xfinity app forgot to make the changes to the order for me to get the card when I got the 1000mbps plan. They opened up a case but have not heard back in a while.
