$200 Amazon Gift Card Promotion

I have been given the run around about the $200 Amazon Gift Card, how can I email customer service. Several chat messages, phone calls and hours I have been told conflicting information from "I will have the gift card in 10-15 days", when that didn't happen I was told by another person after an hour of chat that she processed it and will be in my email within the hour, that did not happen, tried the tracker and the phone number the tracker says to call. Was told no such promotion existed was told to stop into the store which I did was told I didn't qualify for three different reasons of which I was never told, and how can I be told I will be getting the gift card and then told I don't qualify. I have more detail but want customer service.
