$200 Amazon Gift Card Promotion

Hi,

I signed up for Xfinity service for the 2000 mbs plan on the 12/22/24 so that I would get the $200 Amazon gift card. Everything was installed over this past weekend. Am I going to automatically receive the gift card or how does that work? I was told from one of your stores that as long as I signed up for service before the end date I was good (I used the sign up link on the Amazon promotion on your webpage). Do I have to do anything else on my end? Thanks!!

Hey there, Knukem! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! That is a great question, and everything will be automatic once the fulfillment process is completed. After maintaining an active account in good standing for a specified period (commonly 90 days), customers would receive the gift card. The fulfillment process could take an additional 2-4 weeks following this period. Customers could track the status of their incentive through Xfinity's Incentive Tracker. Please let us know if you have any other questions/concerns.

Yeah we also signed up by the deadline and same deal. The store refers us to a phone number. The Phone number refers us to some online tracker. The online tracker refers us to a phone number. Xfinity is a bunch of liars. I am thinking class action with the volume affected I am seeing.

I signed up for this deal in mid December. I was told that I would receive the gift card on March 15th via email. I did not. I have called in numerous times and was told they see the promo on my account and it will come.  It never did.  I called customer service on March 22nd and was told someone would call me that day to get this resolved. I didn't get a call.  So, I called in April 4th and had to wait another hour on the line.  Ultimately I was transferred to Whitney in some department that deals with these promos.  Only now was I told oh--you don't have the promotion on your account. He was very rude! What Xfinity has done is really unethical and can be considered fraud.  I was told when I signed up I was eligible for the promo --I put a reminder on my calendar. I then was told by numerous Xfinity reps it was on my account...even this morning of April 4th I was told it was in my account and just needs to be activated.  What a joke! I will never ever believe anything I see with Xfinity on their site or told when buying a service.  Their confirmation emails after signing up is really generic and doesn't document any real details--this is manipulative so they can change the rules to their advantage. I am requesting a follow up from someone at this company that can make this right.

Hello user_9psk18 thank you so much for taking the time to reach us here via our Xfinity Forums regarding your promotional gift card concerns.  We are available to assist and want to ensure that this issue is fully resolved for you.

Many of our gift cards are sent out as a virtual gift card before being sent out physically, as this can reach the customer faster. This comes from the address "yourcard@inentivetracker.xfinity.com". If sent prior to March 14th, 2025 this will come from "yourcard@xfinityincentivetracker.com". Have we checked for this yet in your primary email inbox?
