$200 Amazon Gift card issue

Hello. I have tried contacting support in the app about the $200 Amazon card promotion from December and i am just being led in a circle. Some say the offer doesn't exist and some say it wasn't included in my contract. I talked to support when I started my contract and was assured I would get it but the xfinity incentive tracker shows that there is no record. Any help would be appreciated.
