$200 Amazon Gift Card and $100 Prepaid Mastercard
When I signed up for Xfinity Internet Service and Mobile Service i was told to received this $200/$100 to my email. I've been following up ever since and should be be receiving them in 15 mins/ 3hours/2-3 days. So much time wasted. An agent even provided me a number to call xfinity rewards that is just a busy line - 800 526-3268.
Does any other customers out there having the same issue so we should be reporting this to bureau.

Hey there, @tsatmeyt. You can track all of your promotional value add-ons through our Incentive Tracker. Once the webpage has loaded you'll simply plug in your 16-digit account number or account information then select track. It will display the status of the gift cards and when they should be expected to arrive if they are past the qualification period. That tool has a dedicated team that can take a closer look at your offer and provide some insight or make any necessary changes needed.
