2 Weeks Trying to Order a New Box
This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was lied to 2 weeks ago when supposedly my box was shipped which never arrived. I call again this week to ask about the box and am told nothing was shipped, but that a new priority order would arrive in 1 or 2 days. Well, that hasn't arrived either. Yesterday I was told the box was out for delivery and nothing arrived. Today nothing arrived. I've asked two different people for help and both disconnected before giving me any real information.
I am simply requesting a new Xfinity box and your outsourced customer service is incapable of doing this simple task. I've contacted 5 different people over two weeks and nothing happens. Why are you even paying these people? I was given a fake UPS tracking number on top of it all. Is someone on these forums capable of shipping a new box? This is horrible customer service.
