2 step verification not receiving text message with security code
No longer receiving security code as a text message to my phone, have to use email as an alternative. I do receive text message from other providers for 2 step verification; problem is isolated only to Xfinity. Turning off/on phone and turn off/on 2 step verification with no change, still a problem, have also tried resend code option with no luck.

I resolved the problem by resetting the phone to factory settings, same resolution I had 2 years ago. I still have the same question why I do i have this issue with only Xfinity. I Receive security codes via text message from other sites with NO issue! Why only Xfinity?
