2 separate internet/wifi houses on one account

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums, @DawnieG420. We appreciate the opportunity to help with your service concerns. Depending on your location/area there might be some exceptions that will allow you to have multiple accounts active in one location (Example: Student Housing, Sublets, Housemate/Roommate). But we would have to check your location to see if it qualifies. For the most part, the majority of our locations only allow one modem active per household. Does this help?
