2 months without internet, no updates

This company has been taking my money for months, and refuses to update me on the status or provide any refund or any way to make this right. I would recommend that if you have ANY OTHER OPTION other than xfinity to go that route. This company has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen, and puts no effort to improving communication or customer service. The only reason these business practices are acceptable is because xfinity has a monopoly in many areas. Customers stay away if you have any other choice to set up this necessity to most people's lives (internet). It is so scummy to rely on your company's size and monopoly to force customers into waiting MONTHS for internet when they have been paying the bill. I Will be finally canceling my payment after more than 2 months without internet and with sporadic updates. 3 techs have been sent to my house, none were able to resolve the issue due to awful communication and coordination of contractors and digging the underground line. Is there anything xfinity can do to make this right? 2 years free service? Please give me some options so I do not have to keep posting here and warning everyone I meet to avoid this company.

Update: it has been more than a day, no updates or communications AT ALL. I caution everyone to use ANY alternative possible to this company that has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I got home internet set up from T-Mobile while I wait for this joke of a company (Xfinity) to provide me any information after taking my money for months and continuing to bill me. PLEASE HELP ME IF ANYONE IS ABLE TO. And anyone who has not made the mistake of signing up for xfinity, please go elsewhere and avoid the terrible experience I have had to suffer through.
