2 month open RTM ticket information
I need information on an RTF maintenance ticket which was opened by a technician on November 7th, 2024. Two technicians have come by to look into internet dropping problems (first on November 7th, 2024 and the second January 5th, 2025). They replaced everything they could but weren't able to correct the issue--both technicians said the problem seemed to be between the main line and the apartment building's splitter box. The technician from today advised that I reach out to get the RTF maintenance ticket number and status information. The technician also advised that I request this expedited since it affects the entire apartment building which he saw based on the shared splitter box. I was not able to get this information from the chat agent.
