2 internet plans, one address.

Hi, ive been wanting to know if its possible to set up two internet plans (two different Xfinity accounts) under the same address? Ive seen things online saying you can, you just need an updated address, like apartment A and B, or you need a business account. Ive also seen that you don't need to do that at all, and I'd like clarification. I just received my router, and I dont want it canceling the other internet if I set mine up.

@Mp8983 In the case of the examples you gave and address A & B would be recognized as two separate addresses in our system and not the same. But that is not something we can just create manually. Our addresses are determined by what USPS recognizes as units for that property.

Now there are a few areas that do allow multiple accounts active at an address. But that is not super common. If you'd like us to check the account and see what is possible we can. We would just need a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
