2 hr installation window is a joke

trying to get a live person on the phone.  Installation was supposed to be 8-10am. Its now 1:30 and chat is not responding after they told me at 10:15 that the tech would be here at 12. They used to do 4 hour windows and couldn't deliver, why did they shorten it to 2?  They should probably give you a window in days not hours. What a joke

Hello there @user_vi3hoz, I do want to apologize for any inconvenience the installation process might have caused you, as a person that is very punctual I understand the importance of sticking to a schedule. Were you able to get your installation completed?
