Customers who are Next Gen and in an FDX‑enabled area will be notified via a swap campaign (mail, email, and text) to swap equipment if needed so they can get symmetrical speeds. Impacted Xfinity Communities customers will receive email or text messages instructing them to schedule a no‑cost technician visit to replace in-home equipment. Unfortunately, we would not have an exact date or timeframe for when symmetrical speeds will be available in your area, but you will receive communication if and when it does.
