2 accounts - one i cancelled in Aug 2024!

The system has two accounts on my personal home address ([Edited: "Personal Information"]). On Aug 2024, a representative didn't cancel my old account (internet and cable: [Edited: "Personal Information"]) and started a new account (internet only: [Edited: "Personal Information"]).

user_upqrts Thanks for posting on our Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the confusion and multiple accounts, and we should be able to assist with getting this cleared up. Was the original request to cancel your services or to change to a plan with internet alone and remove the TV service?
