2 accounts - one i cancelled in Aug 2024!
The system has two accounts on my personal home address ([Edited: "Personal Information"]). On Aug 2024, a representative didn't cancel my old account (internet and cable: [Edited: "Personal Information"]) and started a new account (internet only: [Edited: "Personal Information"]).

My originally account had cable / internet service. I decided to end the cable and keep the internet service. Unbeknownst to me, the Xfinity representative open a brand new account with internet only while canceling my cable service on the original account but not internet service!!! I don't need 2 accounts for the same service.
