180 Veteran Gift Card - Still Nothing

Its been well and truly over a month since they sent out the email and I subsequently did everything I was supposed. I've been a customer with Xfinity for years now, I've been a verified veteran with them for that amount of time as well. Yet, I have not received this gift card, virtual or otherwise. It's a pittance to begin with considering the cost of service and at least in my area, how frequently service drops even at times for 18 hours, or 29 hours. To be clear even when there are big dumps of the service not working (sometimes multiple times in the month) they do not discount the service. And I live in a big city even. Still, the point was as a verified veteran I have not been granted this $180 gift card that I would likely put toward mu xfinity service. I'd greatly appreciate some guidance from xfinity and some assistance one getting this.
