16 hour service disruption

For the last 16 hours I haven’t had internet. But there isn’t a window of when service should be restored. 

The app says there is an outage but the AI agent says there isn’t.

Hello, @Replicant10 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forum. Working from home myself, I completely understand the importance of having you service up and running and especially on the holidays. From experience, I've seen if there isn't a restoral time frame this is due to the severity of the work needing to be done or there may be a danger posed that needs to be cleared before the maintenance experts can complete their work. 

I know you mentioned seeing the Xfinity App is reporting the interruption, do you see that listed here at the status center as well:
