Find your account number online To find your account number, sign in to Account and Identity on xfinity.com. Your account number will show under Account Details.
Only Primary and Manager user profiles can view the full account number.
Find your account number in the Xfinity app Sign in to the Xfinity app with the Primary, Manager, or Member’s Xfinity ID and password. Go to the Account tab. Under your name, select Account settings.
Your account number can be seen under the Account details section.
Note: You may need to tap the eyeball icon to reveal the entire number. Viewers don’t have access to the account number.
