$150 Visa Prepaid Card for New Phone Reward in 2023

Has anyone claimed the $150 visa prepaid card for new phone successfully in 2023?  This reward is available on my reward page, but it’s Terms and Conditions say ‘Offer expires December 31, 2022 at 11:59pm E.T. or once supplies are exhausted.’  I assume it’s just an overlook, and the year was never updated from 2022 to 2023.  I tried to get clarification with an agent using chat, but that did not go anywhere.
