12mo promotional rate ending - options vs switching to another internet provider?

My 12-month promotional rate expired and my Internet-only bill increased from $40/month to $70/month. I'd like to stay with Xfinity but would like to know whether there are any loyalty or retention promotions available on my account. I am not interested in adding mobile or any other services - I just need internet and would prefer to stay with Comcast if I can stay near the previous $40/mo rate. Thank you

Hi @goblue1988, and thanks for reaching out on our Community Forum! We're understanding wanting the best pricing for the services you enjoy and you've come to the right place for help! Thank you for giving us a chance to work with you!😀

While promotions and new offers are based on account eligibility and are automatically presented when available, you can review current internet offers anytime by visiting our Xfinity Internet Offers page, to check what is available to your service address.

If you'd like, our team can also take a closer look at your account and review any available options with you. Just let us know, and we'll be happy to help!❤️
