1200 mbps down / 200 mbps up not getting upload speeds
I have had 2 engineers at my house troubleshooting my issues with no sucess, everyone has been extreamely nice but unable to resolve my upload speed issues. I pay for 1200 / 200 but an not seeing the upload speeds, I see around 20-40 with the X8 modem. i am online now with support again. how can i get a higher tier engineer to assist me with this.
